Fundación Laboral de la Construcción

Fundación Laboral de la Construcción starts its activity in the year 1992, result of the social dialogue between the management and the trade unions of the sector: Confederación Nacional de la Construcción (CNC), CCOO de construcción y servicios; Federación de Industria, Construcción y Agro de UGT (UGT-FICA).

The aim to create this equal entity for the sector, through the general agreement of the construction sector, is to provide companies and workers with the resources that were making possible a more professional, safety, qualified sector and with future.

Fundación Laboral de la Construcción trains every year an average of more than 70.000 professionals of the sector. More than 3 million hours of training are provided every year, of which more than a third is destined to training in prevention of labor risks. It is compound by seventeen regional councils and it has 45 training centers distributed all over Spain. In order to provide over two hundred training specialties it is assisted by more than 1400 specialized trainers in multiples matters related to the construction sector.

GA Consultores

GA Consultores is a small and medium sized company that was born in 2011 from the union of three professionals specialized in Safety and Health at Work, with the aim of deepening in this matter and promote the training of workers in this field through the use of new technologies, such as: augmented reality, virtual reality and multiple forms of interactivity.

The training philosophy of GA Consultores is based on four aspects or typologies:

  • E-learning training: to promote active and participative learning that allows acquiring knowledge and skills, and putting them into practice in simulated situations and/or gamma environments.
  • Experiential training: based on training the individuality of each person, but without neglecting their social role in the company, improving team management skills, for example.
  • Face-to-face training: based on the pillars of original group dynamics, videos that we produce and highly prepared and qualified consultants.
  • Coaching: facilitates people to mobilize to improve their performance in a process of change that involves self-knowledge, learning and action.

Formedil Piemonte

FORMEDIL Piemonte is a non-profit organization and regional organization of the national Formedil, founded in 1980 by the associations signatories of the national collective agreement of the construction industry, ANCE (National Association of Construction Builders) and the unions of Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil.

Its main objective is to promote the development of activities aimed at construction companies and workers, paying special attention to teaching, research and the innovation process.

Consequently, its main activities are as follows:

  • To be responsible for coordinating the activities of regional construction schools.
  • Dealing with the relationship with the Piedmont region and with other institutions with the aim of facilitating efforts aimed at the construction industry.
  • Promote, in cooperation with the national Formedil, the relationship of cooperation at the international level.
  • Participate in the activation of employment policy programs undertaken at the regional level.
  • Collaborate in research and studies on the labor market in the construction sector of Piedmont.
