Spanish dissemination: November 15th, 2019, at Barcelona (Spain)

November 15th, 2019. Seventeen representatives of Pedmede (the Greek Association of Public Works Contractors), headed by the president of the Epirus Regional Section of the institution, Ntatsis Georgius, were interested in the Fundación Laboral European projects, which include the VRoad and the training system of the Badalona Vocational Training Centre.

The director of the joint entity in Catalonia, Lucía López Alé, welcomed the representatives of the association Pedmede, and presented the aims and the services of Fundación Laboral. Also, she emphasized the institution experience on training, Health and Safety, on the promotion of employment and on innovation.

In addition, Silvia Santos, International Projects Officer at this last institution, highlighted the work of the Fundación Laboral  in this area, more than ten years, in which it has been participating in national and international projects to achieve an healthier, safer, innovative, qualified, digitalized and sustainable sector.

Third Partnership Meeting: November 7th and 8th, 2019, at Saint Pierre des Corps (France)

November 11th, 2019. The partners of VRoad have met for the third time, invited by the French partner BTP CFA Indre-et-Loire, to assess the application of Virtual Reality VRoad and to address the last steps in the Guide for Trainers design, in which they try to incorporate tutorials and practical examples about the software.

During these two days of meeting, the Partnership defined the next steps of the project. The debated the bases of the pilot experience that aims to evaluate the application. This phase will try to identify the possible improvements of the tool to cover the training needs in Health and Safety road works.
